Life With A Passion

'Life with a Passion meets' in the Lounge at New Life Church every Tuesday from 9.30 - 11.30 a.m. At the moment the weeks alternate with teaching one week and informal coffee and prayer the next.

Who is this group for?

A group run by women for women of all ages and backgrounds in whatever circumstances they happen to be at this moment in their lives.

What is this Group about?

It is predominantly a group for women who perhaps don't normally go to Church and possibly have no idea what Church or Christianity is all about. The idea being that in an atmosphere which is warm and friendly women can relax and unwind, express themselves and get heard, understood and helped.

What does this Group do?

It is a new Group to the Church and aims to introduce a passionate dimension into women's lives. This is done by introducing them to a Man who really does listen and understand women with the specific needs and challenges they face. This Man is the One with the answers.

What else does it do?

Because the Group is dedicated to ministering to women whatever their needs, Christian women are also encouraged to attend and those whose faith is new and needs strengthening.

We would also like to invite those women in the Church Fellowship who for whatever reason really feel they could do with some spiritual refreshment, an exciting new start with Jesus maybe? It is possible in this kind of Group.

Anything else?

A great deal of emphasis must be placed on the friendship aspect of this Group. The real work of building relationships is done outside the meeting as we get to know each other as friends and visit one another in the home and leisure pursuits, or just taking the children to the park together.

And we believe we need to help each other by just being there - especially when needed - and to discover the real Jesus through the Bible and commitment to Him as Saviour.

This Group is for anyone who wants to find faith, be thoroughly grounded in God's Word and be discipled to take their place in the Body of Christ.
