Prayer Groups
Prayer is a high priority at New
Life and we are conscious of the huge difference it makes, we offer a wide
variety of opportunities to pray. Each group is open to all so
please check out the information below to see what might be suitable
for you:-
Monthly Day of Prayer &
Fasting
As a Church we are committed to a monthly day of prayer and fasting
with a time of worship and prayer in the evening. This is held at
8pm in the Church on the first Wednesday of every month. Not only is this a
great way to start the month it also provides an opportunity for
everyone to join together
as housegroups
do not meet on that week.
Weekly Prayer Meeting
Meeting every Tuesday lunchtime 12-1pm in the Church in an informal
environment, and in the evening at 8pm, we pray for various church family matters, activities
and missionaries, as well as anything you feel is on your heart.

Israel
As a Church we are committed to support and pray for Israel. Focus on Israel is a small group that meet "one evening " every month and a
small group meet every month at the Parkers for a time of prayer and
discussion relating to Israel. Contact Malcolm or Rosemary or the
Church office for more information. Prayer for Israel is a morning meeting held monthly for prayer relating to Israel and the Diaspora of the Ukraine. Contact Patsy James or the Church Office for more information.
Focus on Romania
We have good a relationship and links with a number of people in
Romania and have run various mission trips to help and support this
region. This prayer group meets once a month in the Church for a
time of prayer, discussion and updates. Contact John & Bren Wilgeroth or the
Church office for further information.
Prayer Tent
As a tent is a covering, so we at the Prayer Tent are walking the
roads of Westfield, Kingfield and Old Woking and praying that the
Lord will bless and protect/cover all the people and the roads in
this area. The Prayer Tent is now prayer walking on the 1st Thursday of each month, meeting outside Church at 10am; and on the 3rd Thursday of each month meeting at Claire Richardsons house at 10am for prayer. Contact

Prayer for Elam Ministries
This is a local ministry of Iranian church leaders with a passion to train and equip Iranian Christians to reach and disciple their countrymen. A small group meets for prayer one evening every month. More information on www.elam.com or contact Patsy James.
